Requirements
  • Outstanding industry personal and professional network within HNWI/UHNWI client segments for Asia Pacific
  • Proven track record of relevant experience in a client acquisition and management of wealth for clients
  • Depending on the seniority of the role to be filled, the years of experience required in one of the roles for Asia Pacific and Global NRI markets will vary starting from 3-5 years for a junior role reaching up to 7 years or more for a senior position
  • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients
  • First class presentation and communication skills: ability to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high-performance culture
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities
  • Highest professional work ethic and standards, decisiveness and innovative thinking
  • High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
  • MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education
  • Fluency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for Asia Pacific
