As a technical expert, you will have to support our clients in the realization of their projects on site by bringing your expertise and your skills.

You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will fuel your curiosity of seeing what's behind closed doors of the biggest projects of our client's portfolio.

Tasks

As the Q&V Engineer you are primarily responsible for the preparation and the execution of the Commissioning, Qualification & Validation activities, including the following:

  • Ensure milestone dates for commissioning and qualification are met.
  • Prepare, execute, and approve Design Qualification (DQ) and release for Installation Qualification (IQ).
  • Oversee commissioning, including vendor supervision and quality control.
  • Prepare, execute, and approve Installation and Operational Qualification (OQ), and release for Operational Performance (OPS).
  • Support DQ execution for other direct impact systems.
  • Maintain control over activities and schedules for relevant systems.
  • Report on key deliverables and align with project milestones.
  • Assist in resolving project issues and maintaining non-conformance records.
  • Evaluate project risks and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Master or bachelor's degree in chemical process, mechanical, pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of years of experience in commissioning / qualification / validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, Commissioning) activities in the pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
  • Preferably previous experience with Autoclaves qualification or clean rooms validation.
  • GMP knowledge and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent German and/or English.
