Job DescriptionSupport Business IT Applications both on -premise (VMware, hybrid) and in the Cloud to provide a stable environment for the Business Users to agreed Service Level AgreementsFollow Best Practice processes for incidents, problems, change and configuration management to ensure an efficient support service.Implement patching and maintenance of Business Applications according to defined processes.Lead the successful transition of new Business Applications to the SRE Team ensuring they are fully documented.Lead implementation, process and document reviews to continuously improve the efficiency of the Team, as well as knowledge sharing activities within the Team.Configure and improve Gitlab CICD pipelinesImplement and improve monitoring of various applications using Terraform codePart of the Rota providing On -call Support 24*7 for the critical Business Applications. RequirementsYour profile/background:University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience4+ years of SRE experience + 3 years of experience in other IT technical rolesHands on experience with 2nd or 3rd level support of Business Critical ApplicationsExcellent knowledge of AWS Cloud, Gitlab, Terraform and Datadog (or other monitoring tools)Good SQL knowledgeExperience in Linux, Windows and DB systems is preferredExperience with IT infrastructure (hardware, network and storage) is preferredExperience with Atlasian products is advantageExperience in the trading environment is an advantagePersonality: analytical, solution and team -oriented, forward -looking and organizedLanguages: Good English Skills
