Job Description: 1. Introduction: We are currently in search of a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for Business IT Applications in both on -premise and Cloud environments, ensuring stability and meeting Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities: • Provide support for Business IT Applications in on -premise (VMware, hybrid) and Cloud environments to ensure stability and meet Service Level Agreements. • Adhere to Best Practice processes for incident, problem, change, and configuration management to deliver efficient support services. • Perform patching and maintenance of Business Applications following defined processes. • Lead the smooth transition of new Business Applications to the SRE Team and ensure comprehensive documentation. • Lead reviews of implementation, processes, and documentation to enhance team efficiency and promote knowledge sharing within the team. • Configure and enhance Gitlab CICD pipelines. • Implement and enhance monitoring of various applications using Terraform code. • Participate in the on -call support rotation, providing 24/7 support for critical Business Applications. Requirements • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.• 4+ years of SRE experience and 3 years of experience in other IT technical roles.• Hands -on experience with 2nd or 3rd level support of Business Critical Applications.• Excellent knowledge of AWS Cloud, Gitlab, Terraform, and Datadog (or other monitoring tools).• Good SQL knowledge.• Experience in Linux, Windows, and DB systems preferred.• Experience with IT infrastructure (hardware, network, and storage) preferred.• Experience with Atlassian products is an advantage.• Experience in the trading environment is an advantage.• Personality: analytical, solution -oriented, team -oriented, forward -looking, and organized.• Good English skills.
