* Manage and further develop the company-wide cyber security strategy, based on the ISMS * Ensure compliance with ISO27001, TISAX and NIS2 frameworks collaborating with top management * Lead all IT security topics including solution delivery, incident response, user awareness * Ensuring 24/7 cyber security collaborating with external SOC partner and internal IT resources

**What you bring along**
* Degree in information security, IT; 5+ years' experience with relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP) * Strong knowledge of network, identity \& access, Microsoft endpoint \& cloud security solutions * Familiar with ISO 27001/TISAX, NIS2, incident response, and crisis management * Team player with strategic oversight, technically skilled, hands-on, fluent in German \& English.
