Switzerland Remote Switzerland Switzerland Axmed Vollzeit $ 30'000 - $ 65'000 pro Jahr

Our Vision:

We believe in a world where everyone, regardless of their country's wealth or frontiers, enjoys access to medicines and healthcare when they need it.

Our Mission:

We work tirelessly to remove access barriers faced by patients and caregivers across Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) when seeking quality medicines and quality healthcare.

Who We Are: Accelerating access to medicines for all

Imagine a world where critical medicines are within reach, affordable, and synonymous with quality, no matter where you are. That is the world we're building with our unique, demand-aggregation model that unites healthcare providers across LMICs. At the heart of our identity is a single, resolute commitment: to build a future where geography and income never stand between any individual and life-saving medicines. Our platform isn't merely a space for transactions, we unlock affordable access to medicines by aggregating demand across healthcare providers. We also help manufacturers build a sustainable and reliable global access strategy.

Our business focuses on low- and middle-income countries and strengthens the purchasing power of these markets to ensure the supply of cost-effective, high-quality medicines. We partner exclusively with authorized, high-quality pharmaceutical companies and certified caregivers to accelerate sustainable access to medicines.

Axmed Global Health Advisory is the access-focused advisory arm of Axmed, a social impact company dedicated to improving access to medicines across low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). As a specialized advisory firm, Axmed Global Health Advisory partners with private sector, global health organizations, and industry stakeholders to develop and implement market access strategies, innovative financing models, and go-to-market solutions tailored to LMIC healthcare systems.

About the Position

We are seeking a curious, analytical, and motivated Global Health Advisory Analyst to join our Global Health Advisory (GHA)

The successful candidate will thrive in a start-up setting, bring intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for expanding access to quality healthcare across diverse LMIC contexts.

This is a broad role combining research, data-driven problem solving, and structured communication. The analyst will support landscape assessments, pricing and financing analyses, and the development of go-to-market and access strategies for global health and industry clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize evidence from diverse sources, transforming complex information into clear, structured insights.
  • Support quantitative and qualitative analyses on topics such as portfolio strategy, health system readiness, and health financing.
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of research tools, frameworks, and models used in client work.

Client Deliverables & Communication

  • Develop well-structured presentations, reports, and briefing materials that clearly communicate findings.
  • Support the preparation of meeting materials and contribute to client discussions through clear, evidence-based insights.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written and visual deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation of research and analytical outputs for internal and client use.

Innovative Financing & Market Access

  • Support research on innovative financing mechanisms and their application in LMIC settings.
  • Analyze market and financing data to inform access strategies and support client recommendations.

Team Contribution & Learning

  • Collaborate closely with Associates, Engagement Managers, and Principals to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Demonstrate ownership for assigned tasks and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Continuously build knowledge of LMIC health systems, access challenges, and market-shaping dynamics.
  • Contribute to internal learning efforts and the development of shared tools and frameworks.
  • Demonstrate openness to feedback and a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and build new skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience (consulting, global health, or life sciences preferred).
  • Demonstrated analytical and research skills - ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity and structure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Genuine passion for expanding access to medicines and improving healthcare outcomes in LMICs.
  • Familiarity with LMIC healthcare systems, access, pricing, or financing.
  • Experience with quantitative tools or data visualization (e.g., Stata, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exposure to or interest in partnerships and market access strategies in global health.
