Wir sind aktuell in der SAP S/4HANA Transformation und bauen die zukünftige SAP Plattform basierend auf der SAP S4/HANA Private Cloud und der SAP Business Technology Platform. Als Product Owner gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft unseres SAP-Technologie-Stacks mit. Du verantwortest die Vision, steuerst die Roadmap und sorgst für nachhaltige Value Delivery unserer SAP-Services. Gleichzeitig führst du dein Team, förderst die Weiterentwicklung neuer Skills und schaffst ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld., * Du leitest das SAP Technology Team und unterstützt deine Mitarbeitenden sowohl in ihrer fachlichen als auch persönlichen Entwicklung Du entwickelst die Produktvision und Strategie für unseren SAP Technology Stack, beispielsweise SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform oder SAP Integration Suite, und legst Prioritäten im Backlog fest Als Product Owner koordinierst du die Anforderungen von Business und IT, moderierst Entscheidungsprozesse und lieferst Ergebnisse mit messbarem Mehrwert Zusammen mit deinem Team gewährleistest du die vollständige Umsetzung - vom Proof of Concept bis zum zuverlässigen Betrieb Du sorgst für transparente Roadmaps, Budgets und KPIs und gehst Risiken sowie Abhängigkeiten aktiv an RequirementsDu verfügst über einen höheren Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine gleichwertige Weiterbildung und bringst fundierte Erfahrung als Product Owner/Teamlead oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im SAP-Umfeld mit Dein Führungsstil ist modern und wertschätzend - du motivierst dein Team, begleitest und unterstützt es aktiv Du hast bereits Projekte erfolgreich geführt und kennst dich in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden aus Architekturprinzipien, API- und Integrationskonzepte sowie Security- und Compliance-Basics sind für dich kein Neuland - du verstehst es, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge in fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu übersetzen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, dich fachlich sicher auf Englisch auszudrücken, runden dein Profil ab Benefits & conditions Eigenes kostenloses Sportangebot von Bootcamp bis zum Yoga.
