The Role
At BTS, We Act As Trusted Advisors And Support Our Customers With Their Cloud Transformation Projects Both From a Business Perspective As Well As The Corresponding IT Capabilities. Together We Help Customers In The Private And Public Sector Solve Their Most Pressing Digitization Topics. In BTS You Work With a Variety Of Experts In a Multi-disciplinary Environment Of Highly Motivated And Experienced Colleagues. You Increase The Customer's Value By

• Develop and put into practice business capabilities and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation
• Prepare investment decisions based on value assessments and business case examinations (WHY)
• Develop best-fit SAP cloud platform and application architecture (WHAT) followed by transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with process and solution experts (HOW)
• Support large customer transformation processes as a transformation manager and adviser

For our Swiss branch with a focus on the local market we are looking for an experienced SAP generalist to join our local team of Business Transformation Services as part of a regional team (Switzerland & Central and Eastern Europe).

Role Responsibilities
We are looking for advisory minded colleagues with solid industry, process and SAP product and architecture experience from a multi-national environment to guide deciders. As a BTS consultant, you advice customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT strategies towards digital transformation.

Fluency in both
German and English
is required.

In Addition To Your Wide SAP Product And Architecture Knowledge, You Should Have a Good Understanding Of Industry And IT Trends As Well As Business And Processes. You Should Also Have

• Enterprise architecture and at least 7 years of experience in the SAP advisory field
• Experience in self-managed project work at customer, with high focus on customer orientation
• The ability to think conceptually while focusing on quality and deliverables
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt in a new environment, where you can grow fast
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to design and hold high-impact presentations
• Proven leadership skills in motivating teams and leading panels and discussions
• Can-do attitude
