We are looking for an innovative and motivated
Digital Project Manager
to join our team. Within the Omnichannel team, you will be responsible for website projects, evolutions and transversal digital initiatives that enhance the client experience and support a seamless omnichannel journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Website maintenance and optimization

  • Manage the daily maintenance of the website with external agencies, prioritizing tickets and releases in collaboration with IT.
  • Oversee the headless CMS, ensuring smooth operation and optimization with external partners.
  • Monitor and optimize e-commerce processes including order management, payment systems, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with LVMH entities to manage SEO/GEO, web performance and tracking implementations.
  • Analyze website performance and establish KPIs to provide actionable monthly reports.
  • Identify new e-commerce opportunities, platforms, and technologies to enhance UX and drive business growth.

Digital content management and UX

  • Collaborate with internal teams on product and communication launches to ensure 360° communication (content, social media, PR, product).
  • Manage the digital brand image and features such as product catalog, storytelling, events, history, know-how and services to create an immersive digital experience.
  • Define the digital roadmap and propose innovative solutions to elevate user experience within budget.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in
    e-commerce or digital marketing
    , minimum
    5+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (SFCC experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in
    French and English
    ; other languages are a bonus.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles, usability best practices and web analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic and operational projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
