Als FP&A Analyst unterstützt du aktiv den ganzen Planungs- und Steuerungsprozess (Forecast, Budget, Reporting) und lieferst durch fundierte Analysen eine solide Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management.

Deine Aufgaben:

Forecast, Budget und Performance-Steuerung

  • Verantwortliche Mitarbeit bei der jährlichen Budgetplanung und rollierenden Forecasts
  • Entwicklung und Monitoring von KPIs zur Analyse und Steuerung von Umsatz, Kosten und Deckungsbeiträgen
  • Kommentierung von Ist-, Forecast- und Budget-Abweichungen inkl. Ableitung von Massnahmen
  • Durchführung detaillierter Analysen zu Umsatztreibern, Preis-/Mengen-/Mix-Effekten und Produktprofitabilität

Reporting & Prozessverbesserungen

  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (Varianzanalyse, Kommentierung, Reporting)
  • Weiterentwicklung des Reporting-Frameworks (Dashboards, Standardreports, Self-Service)
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen im Planungs- und Reportingprozess

Schnittstellen und Stammdaten

  • Sicherstellung konsistenter Stammdaten und Strukturen über Systemgrenzen hinweg
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT und Controlling zur Sicherstellung sauberer Schnittstellen
  • Monitoring und laufende Verbesserung der Datenqualität und laufende Weiterentwicklung der Datenmodelle

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in Controlling/FP&A mit Flair für Reporting und Daten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel, Finanzmodellen und BI-/Reporting Tools (Power BI)
  • Erfahrung mit EPM-Tools (Lucanet, Anaplan, Board, etc.) sowie Verständnis von Datenmodellen und Datenbanken von Vorteil
  • Hohe Detailgenauigkeit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Prozessdenken
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu visualisieren und zu kommentieren
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Stakeholdern aus dem Business
