CSV Maintenance Specialist - Switzerland

Are you a passionate Quality and Compliance professional ready to make a real impact in the pharmaceutical industry? As a CSV Specialist (Maintenance), you'll play a vital role in ensuring systems and equipment meet the highest standards of validation and data integrity, bridging Production, Quality, and IT teams to foster excellence and continuous improvement. This hands-on position offers a unique chance to shape compliance practices in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise will be valued and your growth supported.

Key Skills Needed

  • 5–7 years' experience in CSV within GMP production or laboratory settings
  • Strong knowledge of GAMP 5, data integrity, and validation processes
  • Proven SME-level support for regulatory audits
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, SCADA, Trackwise, or cloud-based systems
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to develop validation documents, oversee IQ/OQ/PQ, and troubleshoot compliance issues

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of non-sterile or sterile pharmaceutical environments

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Relevant scientific or engineering degree
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional, regulated environments

Other Requirements

  • Must be onsite in Visp, Switzerland (no remote option)
  • Willingness to support audits and engage proactively within a flat, holacratic organization
