For our customer located in Kaiseraugst/Switzerland we are currently looking for a
: MES Specialist (PMX / Pharmasuite)

• Location: Kaiseraugst / 3 Days onsite / 2 Days remote
• Working hours: Standard however on call duty during night times and on weekends too

The perfect candidate
is a professional candidate who have a background in pharma manufacturing or IT environment with strong MES PMX experience and First Level Support experience.

Background:

For the MES Business Management Team we are looking for a temporary employee to support our Manufacturing Execution Systems in the manufacturing area in Kaiseraugst. The MES Specialist main responsibility will be the support of the Manufacturing Execution System. Modeling and testing master recipes, specify and test new system functions and performing the 1st Level Support for the end users. The MES Business Management Team is in close collaboration with Business, Quality Assurance and IT.

Tasks

• Deliver high-impact MES engagements, advice on recipe authoring best practices and consult on optimizations across clinical and commercial operations.
• Manage complex programs end-to-end, ensuring regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, EMA)
• Be part of a high-performing MES team in Switzerland, fostering internal capability through coaching, methodologies, and knowledge sharing, especially in the Recipe Authoring space.
• 1st Level Support for the Business and the Recipe Production Business incl. 24x7 stand by duty / on-call

Must Haves

• Relevant University degree in engineering, Computer Science, Biotechnology or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in the Life Sciences sector
• expertise in MES systems (preferably Rockwell PharmaSuite, Siemens Opcenter, PAS-X or comparable), recipe authoring, testing, optimization, and MES–SCADA/PLC or ERP integration.
• Thorough understanding of Drug Product / Drug Substance manufacturing and regulatory environments.
• Fluent in German and English
