Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure
    stable operation
    ,
    maintenance
    , and
    continuous improvement
    of the
    SAP landscape
    (
    SAP S/4HANA
    ,
    MES
    ,
    EWM
    ) and its
    integration with cloud and peripheral systems
    .
  • Define and evolve the
    SAP strategy
    , including
    architecture
    ,
    technology standards
    , and
    long-term roadmap
    .
  • Lead and develop
    the
    SAP Basis team
    while
    managing external partners
    and
    service providers
    .
  • Oversee
    SAP security
    ,
    authorisation concepts
    , and
    compliance
    with internal and external standards.
  • Administer and optimise
    the
    SAP Basis infrastructure
    -
    release management
    ,
    performance
    ,
    monitoring
    , and
    HA/DR
    .
  • Plan and execute
    SAP infrastructure projects
    ,
    migrations
    ,
    rollouts
    , and
    cloud integrations
    , ensuring effective
    incident
    ,
    problem
    , and
    change management
    .

Requirements:

  • Minimum of
    5 years of experience
    as an
    SAP Basis Administrator
    , preferably within
    SAP S/4HANA
    and
    Microsoft/SAP cloud
    environments.
  • Leadership or project management experience
    is a strong advantage.
  • Comprehensive expertise
    in
    SAP security
    and
    authorisation management
    .
  • Degree
    in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Business Informatics
    , or an equivalent qualification.
  • Flexibility
    to participate in
    on-call rotations
    and occasionally work on
    weekends or public holidays
    .
  • Excellent German skills (C1)
    and
    good English skills (B2)
    , both
    spoken and written
    .
