1.     Min 6 years of hands-on experience with Backend Development using Java, Oracle and PL/SQL

7.     Utilize the latest development methodologies to innovate and enhance the software delivery process

8.     Contribute to architectural and system design decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability

9.     Mentor junior engineers, share software engineering best practices and domain knowledge
