Technische Assistenz Quality Control (x|w|m) – On-site

Für den Bereich Quality Control Support and Development innerhalb der Sartorius CellGenix GmbH suchen wir eine Technische Assistenz (x|w|m) am Standort Freiburg. In dieser spannenden Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Analysen unserer Zytokine im Rahmen von Prozessvalidierungen, Methodenentwicklungen und -validierungen. Dabei werden sie maßgeblich bei der Inbetriebnahme unseres neuen Standorts im Gewerbegebiet Haid-Süd mitwirken. Das Team besteht aus acht Mitarbeitenden und freut sich darauf mit Ihnen die Zukunft zu gestalten. Der Job ist in Vollzeit möglich und erfolgt vor Ort in Freiburg befristet bis zum

Wachsen Sie mit uns – Ihre Aufgaben

  • Proteinanalytik von Zytokinen mittels SDS-PAGE, HPLC, ELISA sowie UV-Spektroskopie

  • Bestimmung von Prozessbedingten Verunreinigungen wie host- cell Protein, host- cell DNA und Endotoxin

  • Durchführung von zellbasierten Assays für die Aktivitätsbestimmung

  • Verantwortlich für die Wartung und die Qualifizierung der Laborgeräte im Anwendungsbereich

  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Arbeitsvorgänge

  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Bearbeitung von Änderungen und Abweichungen

  • Validierung analytischer Nachweismethoden

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Laborant, Technische Assistenz ( x|m|w ) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Proteinanalytik ist wünschenswert

  • Erste Erfahrungen im GMP-Umfeld wünschenswert

  • Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zur Einhaltung der GMP-Vorgaben

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
