Internal Controller

Main Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the internal control and risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor key risks related to business activities and internal processes.
• Prepare analytical reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring proper follow-up of action plans and corrective measures.
• Promote awareness of best practices in control and risk management across teams.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, including Finance, IT, Quality, Compliance, and Operations.
• Be available for occasional travel within Switzerland as part of the role's responsibilities.

Profile Required :

• Higher education degree (University or equivalent) in Management, Audit, Finance, or Risk Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control, audit, or risk management.
• Trilingual: fluent in French, English, and German (professional level).
• Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in cross-functional environments and process-oriented work.
