Support & Administration (50-60%) Your mission :

As part of the Skyguide Academy, you will perform tasks for the Administrative Support Team within the training organization. You offer an efficient, effective, and timely service to all customers.

Your responsibilities :
  • Provides administrative support services within the Skyguide Academy for all internal and external customers according to the standards and requirements
  • Operating the daily direct Training Support Administration and Training Event Organization
  • Operating the Licensing Administration Office (LCAO)
  • Interact with Air Traffic Controller candidates, including recruitment administration
  • Represent the Training Support Team on coordination meetings with stakeholders
  • Initiate proposals and improvements to increase the service provision and efficiency
What we are looking for :
  • Maturité or vocational apprenticeship with federal certificate
  • Solid work experience in administration and support activities
  • Proficient user of MS-Office and ability to familiarize with new tools
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
  • Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
  • Business fluent in French and English, German is an asset
