We are opening a position for a
Data Business Analyst
to strengthen the teams of our client based in Geneva in the banking sector.

Responsabilities :

  • Translate complex data into clear, impactful insights that support decision-making across investment and operational teams.
  • Design, prototype, and optimize Power BI dashboards focused on usability, performance, and storytelling.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between requirements and implementation.
  • Define and document business requirements for data pipelines and reporting structures.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, dashboard UX, and analytical processes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of a modern data and analytics platform, integrating cloud and SaaS technologies.

Requirements :

  • Significant experience as
    Business Data Analyst
  • Proven experience in the
    banking sector
    with
    Alternative Investments
    or
    Private Assets
    is a strong advantage.
  • Solid technical skills in
    Power BI, SQL
    , and Excel.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into value-added insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

  • Fluent in
    English
    and
    French
    (spoken and written).
