We're Hiring Programme Impact & Consortium Manager (100%) – Geneva or Belgium

At Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP), we believe that protectiing civilians and transforming conflict can be done without weapons. But showing real-world impact of unarmed protection takes more than data- it takes collaboration, reflection, and analysis.

We are hiring a
Programme Impact & Consortium Manager
to help us do exactly that.

This 1-year role (with possible extension) will lead both impact analysis and coordination for a multi-partner project focused on protecting civilians from violence in Myanmar. You'll bridge our field programming with research, learning, and advocacy partners- helping us understand and communicate what works, why, and how it changes lives. You'll spend roughly half your time analysing and articulating NP's impact and half managing the consortium partnership—linking field insights to research, learning, and advocacy. This role bridges data, strategy, and collaboration across NP's Myanmar programme, global teams, and two international partners.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 5+ years' experience in humanitarian or development work, including project management and donor reporting;
  • At least 3 years of MEAL or impact analysis experience;
  • Strong analytical and writing skills;
  • Experience in consortium or multi-country programming.
