A global company in the energy sector is looking for a Paralegal to join its team in Zug. You will work closely with professionals in Finance, Tax, and Legal on complex corporate matters within a collaborative and supportive environment. Your responsibilities: * Provide governance and compliance support for Swiss subsidiaries of a leading global energy company. Ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements, maintain statutory records, and manage compliance calendars * Assist with corporate transactions such as incorporations, capital changes, mergers, dissolutions, and changes to directors or officers. Coordinate board and AGM logistics, liaise with external advisors and authorities, and support Finance and Tax teams on subsidiary matters * Conduct governance-related research, contribute to intercompany projects, and monitor legal developments to advise on implications for subsidiary management * Maintain up-to-date corporate documentation and organisational charts to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Your Qualifications

  • Paralegal certification or comparable legal qualification
  • Bring significant experience as a paralegal, expertise in corporate law within similar environments
  • Demonstrate strong drafting, planning, and organisational skills, with familiarity in complex corporate structures and organisational charts
  • Understand the legal aspects of corporate transactions and governance matters to provide reliable guidance
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proficient in English and German, enabling effective communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Proactively manage compliance calendars for subsidiaries, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Stay informed on legal developments to accurately assess and advise on their impact for group entities
