**About the position**: Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Ltd. based in London, is seeking a bright and organised professional to serve as a Paralegal to work on regulatory, corporate and commercial matters. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Supporting the day-to-day legal requirements of the business including, compliance, risk, ops, management, and other functions. - Review and proof reading of legal documentation. - Legal research and analysis related to a range of matters including, regulatory, insolvencies, corporate, commercial, and other matters. - Archiving and organisation of contracts, including uploading of contracts to the Legal Agreements Database. - Communicating with developers for implementation/rolling out of new/revised legal documentation. - Coordinating the execution of legal documentation within the IB Group entities. - Assist with general office administrative tasks. **Skills and Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in law (minimum 2:1) or equivalent. - Paralegal experience is preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting or in the financial services industry is desirable. - Experience with regulatory, corporate and commercial law is desirable. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
