What you'll do

  • Provide personalised and courteous service to VIP customers, acting as their primary point of contact and resolving any queries, issues or requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Research user activities and behaviours to identify potential high value customers with characteristics and patterns of VIP potential.

  • Analyse reports on customer experience, trends and markets

  • Conceptualise, plan and execute campaigns in close collaboration with various departments.

  • Understand our VIP customers and what you can do to ensure the best content is delivered.

Required skills and experiences

  • Proficient in German and English, with 3-5 years of experience in VIP/Key Account user sales and operations, and at least 1 year of VIP user management experience.

  • Previous experience in a similar role at a competitor (preferably large firm experience).

  • In-depth understanding of the role of the VIP and marketing departments in the organisation.

  • Excellent commercial mindset, logical analysis, and systematic planning skills.

  • High sensitivity to data and can effectively analyse user behaviour and

Preferences based on data.

  • Willing to travel (mainly within Germany) for client meetings upon request

Preferred skills and experiences

  • With excellent cross-department communication and collaboration abilities.
