Was du bewegst

Kernaufgabe

Beratung und Unterstützung: Du begleitest Mitarbeitende und ihre Vorgesetzten in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen, wie gesundheitlichen, psychosozialen oder beruflichen Anliegen, und bietest individuelle Lösungen an.

Kernaufgabe

Koordination von Unterstützungsangeboten: Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachstellen sowie externen Partnern (z. B. Ärzten, Therapeuten oder Sozialversicherungen) zusammen, um eine optimale Betreuung sicherzustellen.

Kernaufgabe

Dokumentation und Reporting: Du führst sorgfältige Dokumentationen und analysierst relevante Kennzahlen, um die Wirksamkeit deiner Massnahmen zu evaluieren und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung: Du unterstützt in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Angeboten zur Förderung der physischen und psychischen Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeitenden.

Was du mitbringst
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

in einer ähnlichen Position ist gewünscht

Abgeschlossene Grund- oder Weiterbildung

im Bereich Psychologie, Case Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)

Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist einfühlsam, kannst gut zuhören und hast die Fähigkeit, Menschen in schwierigen Situationen zu motivieren und zu begleiten.

Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungswesen: Du bist vertraut mit den schweizerischen Sozialversicherungen und weisst, wie diese im Arbeitsalltag anzuwenden sind.

Freude am Reisen: Du bist gerne im Auto unterwegs und besuchst Vorgesetzte und Mitarbeitenden für die Gespräche direkt in ihren Filialen
