*Senior Manager, B2B Sales Acceleration
to join our
Omnichannel Operations*
team.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale VF's B2B digital sales model across multiple brands and markets.
As Senior Manager, B2B Sales Acceleration, you will lead the development and optimization of VF's digital self-service B2B model. Reporting to the Group Account Management Director, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of B2B tools and processes across our brands, driving efficiency, consistency, and accelerating sales growth.
You will build this function from the ground up, partnering with central VF teams as well as brand teams to design and deliver a best-in-class B2B experience that maximizes customer engagement and drives incremental revenue.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Drive Adoption & Engagement:
Partner with brands and Commercial Services to onboard customers to VF's self-service portal and accelerate B2B tool usage.
Enhance Digital Experience:
Translate brand feedback into actionable requirements for Digital Technology to enhance B2B tool capabilities.
Optimize Go-To-Market process:
Collaborate with brands and Commercial Transformation on digital initiatives (e.g., AI-powered catalogues, digital showrooming) to streamline seasonal content creation processes.
Advance CRM capabilities:
Support our brands in developing and executing targeted B2B communication strategies, including email marketing.
Accelerate Revenue Growth:
Advise brands on how to leverage digital B2B capabilities to drive incremental sales and unlock cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Champion Best Practices:
Share knowledge, provide training and advise brands on strategies to maximize sales, improve margins and optimize their assortment selection.
Measure & Improve:
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend actions to increase adoption, efficiency and growth.
Lead Cross-Functional alignment:
Coordinate internal processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and act as a change agent for digital B2B adoption.
Skills For Success
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
Experience:
Extensive years in sales management, preferably in Fashion and Outdoor Apparel & Footwear.
- Proven track record in driving digital B2B sales growth and managing complex stakeholder networks.
Experience with e-commerce sales platforms, CRM and digital marketing is a strong plus.
Leadership: Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and technology-driven business models.
