Informazioni sul ruolo

Scopo e Obiettivi del Ruolo: L'obiettivo principale della posizione è garantire la crescita commerciale dell'azienda attraverso:

  • Gestione del portafoglio clienti esistente.
  • Acquisizione di nuovi clienti.
  • Sviluppo di potenziali mercati strategici.

Responsabilità

Sarai una figura chiave nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali, lavorando in stretta collaborazione con l'ufficio commerciale e la direzione. Le tue responsabilità includeranno:

  • Gestione Clienti:
    Organizzare visite periodiche per mantenere i rapporti, acquisire nuovi progetti e supportare i clienti nelle problematiche di sviluppo, commerciali e qualitative.
  • Sviluppo Commerciale:
    Promuovere azioni di contatto preliminare con potenziali clienti, sviluppare trattative di vendita, formulare offerte, preventivi e contratti, e negoziare le migliori condizioni.
  • Analisi di Mercato:
    Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita del mercato, analizzarne le tendenze, valutare i prodotti della concorrenza e fornire suggerimenti pertinenti alla direzione.
  • Marketing e Fiere:
    Organizzare e partecipare attivamente alle principali fiere internazionali di settore e consigliare sulle strategie di vendita e marketing.
  • Reportistica:
    Redigere rapporti scritti dettagliati sull'attività di vendita e sulle visite a clienti (attuali e potenziali) e relazionare periodicamente il superiore diretto sull'andamento.

Qualifiche

  • Diploma commerciale o superiore.
  • Formazione Tecnica: Costituisce un titolo preferenziale.
  • Esperienza: Comprovata esperienza nel campo della vendita (estera o nel settore di riferimento).

Competenze richieste

  • Elevato Livello di Autonomia e Attitudine al Problem Solving.
  • Disponibilità Assoluta a Viaggiare (dal martedì al venerdì).
  • Forte Propensione al Lavoro Per Obiettivi e Tenacia nel Raggiungimento degli stessi.
  • Eccellente Capacità Di Comunicazione E Di Relazione e Capacità Di Analisi E Sintesi.
  • Competenze Linguistiche e Informatiche.
  • Lingue: Ottima conoscenza di Italiano, Tedesco, Francese.
  • Informatiche: Padronanza del Pacchetto Office, Internet e conoscenza di SAP.
