The Marketing Department of Swiss-AS is responsible for positioning and promoting the software solution AMOS. In close cooperation with other company divisions, we ensure consistent communication and visibility of AMOS worldwide.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing specialist with a focus on content creation and event organisation.

Tasks

  • Create and update marketing materials (digital and print) such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, and case studies.

  • Support content creation for social media, website, and newsletters, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

  • Write and edit texts for press releases, event communications, and customer stories.

  • Coordinate and organise events, exhibitions, and conferences, including logistics, booth preparation, and follow-up.

  • Support the team in developing campaigns and initiatives to promote AMOS and its digital ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent branding and CI adoption.

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Marketing role, ideally in B2B or technology industries

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, fluency in written and spoken German is an advantage

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Keen eye for detail and ability to produce high quality content

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage

  • Willingness to acquire knowledge in a rather technical sector of the aviation environment

  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated

  • Positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain cooperative, working relationships with your team and beyond (we are seeking a real team player)
