Ihre Aufgaben
  • Implementierung, Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastrukturen von Kunden, sowohl vor Ort als auch remote.
  • Durchführung von Neu- und Umbauten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Network Engineering.
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen auf Stufe 2nd und 3rd Level.
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und technischem Konzepten sowie Lösungsvorschlägen.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen bei Kunden und aktive Mitwirkung in diversen Projekten.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Aus- und/oder Weiterbildung in der Informatik.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Netzwerktechnik sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Cisco-Produkten sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Installation und Konfiguration von Switchern, Routern und Firewalls.
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und Bereitschaft zu reisen innerhalb der Schweiz (Führerausweis Kat. B erforderlich).
  • Lösungsorientierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit fließenden Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch und Englisch.
