Deine Herausforderung

  • Du führst Workshops und Interviews mit Kund:innen durch und leitest daraus tragfähige IT-Strategien und digitale Roadmaps ab
  • Bestehende Geschäftsprozesse analysierst du mit einem kritischen Blick, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und begleitest Transformationsvorhaben von der Idee bis zum Umsetzungskonzept
  • Besonders im Kontext von Finance-Transformation bringst du dein Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge ein und unterstützt bei Neuausrichtung
  • Du prüfst neue Technologien hinsichtlich ihres strategischen Nutzens, entwickelst fundierte Konzepte und wirkst auch bei der Definition von Zielarchitekturen mit
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Projekten oder einzelnen Workstreams, analysierst Daten, erstellst hochwertige Präsentationen und überzeugst auf C-Level
  • Zudem unterstützt du bei der Angebotserstellung und hilfst mit, neue Beratungsopportunitäten zu identifizieren und zu realisieren

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder BWL mit IT-Affinität
  • 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung im Bereich digitale Transformation oder IT-Strategie
  • Projektmanagement ist dir vertraut, und du hast bereits Verantwortung in Projekten übernommen.
  • Du verstehst es, Kundenbedürfnisse und strategische Fragestellungen in klare technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen.
  • Offenheit, Lernbereitschaft und der Antrieb, die digitale Zukunft aktiv mitzugestalten, zeichnen dich aus.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
