To keep this momentum, we're hiring a Fund & Token Operations Specialist to strengthen our fund infrastructure and ensure seamless daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with traditional fund operations experience (UCITS or '40 Act) who's eager to apply that expertise in the fast-evolving world of tokenized funds. You'll oversee fund flows, orchestrate subscriptions and redemptions, and help optimize accounting and fee structures as we scale. What you'll do Manage daily fund flows, ensuring accurate processing of subscriptions and redemptions. Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and tokenization partners to streamline operations. Oversee and optimize fund accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Review and refine fund fee structures to minimize performance drag for investors. Support reporting obligations and investor communications on fund activity. Contribute to building operational frameworks for tokenized funds, including process automation. Collaborate with product, legal, technology and BD teams to align fund operations with strategic initiatives. What we're looking for Experience in fund operations or fund administration, ideally within UCITS or '40 Act structures. Early-stage exposure to fund tokenization or digital asset operations (strong interest required if not direct experience). Background in fund accounting or NAV oversight a strong plus. Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset and ability to manage complex workflows. Comfortable working across stakeholders (admins, custodians, regulators, product teams). Strong communicator with the ability to explain operational topics clearly. Interest in DeFi and eagerness to deepen knowledge of tokenized fund structures.
