Aus diesem Grund besetzen wir ab 01.05.2025 eine Stelle als “Junior Product Manager für renovero” in unserem Büro in Zürich

**Das erwartet dich bei uns**:
**Customer Success Management**:

- Du optimierst das Onboarding neuer Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Product Management, Sales und Marketing und stellst so sicher, dass sie erfolgreich durchstarten
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung dafür, dass unser Kundensupport ausserordentlich ist und sorgst für saubere Prozesse sowie eine lückenlose Dokumentation der Features

**Produktentwicklung**:

- Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst du neue Plattform-Features und unterstützt bei deren Umsetzung

**Testing & Nutzerfeedbacks**:

- Du erhebst und analysierst Testergebnisse und Nutzerfeedbacks, leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab und bringst frische Ideen ein

**Markt
- und Themenrecherche**:

- Du identifizierst neue Feature-Ideen und entwickelst Business Cases, um unser Produktportfolio weiter ausbauen

**Ausbildung & Erfahrung**:

- abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Markting oder verwandten Bereich. Alternativ bringst du eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Produktmanagement mit
- Erste Berufserfahrung (1-2 Jahre) in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld oder im Customer Success Management

**Skills**:

- Grundkenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Produktmanagement-Techniken
- analytisches Denken gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, Daten auszuwerten und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie JIRA, Confluence oder ähnlichen Projektmanagementsystemen
- Kenntnisse in CRM- und CMS-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Erweiterte Grundkenntnisse in HTML, JS, PHP und SQL
- Kenntnisse in AngularJS von Vorteil

**Soft Skills**:

- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2)
- Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
- Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Mass an Organisationstalent
