We are looking for a new Project Leader who can support us in making a big shift in our Staff Scheduling (which we call People Planning) and turn it into a modern way of supporting our co-workers in the best possible way.

This is a temporary position until August 31st, 2026.

To succeed in this position, we think you should have a good knowledge of web technologies and IT infrastructure from a technical point of view. You know what is important to bring into discussions with internal and external partners and the ability to get it through in a clear way.

**Your responsibilities**
Your responsibilities:
As our Project Leader People Planning, you will plan, drive and deliver the People Planning project, including time, cost, scope and quality according to set expectations and prioritization.

You will also:

- Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks to keep the project on track and create awareness on time in case of issues
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between the project and line organization to ensure common expectations
- Manage effective communication with all stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement and vendor relations within the project, including follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor, to secure lowest cost of delivery and delivery according to expectations
- Perform project reporting, through providing the Country People Planning Manager with key milestones, updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance
- Drive continuous improvement of quality and performance in assigned project in agreement with the Country People Planning Manager in order to ensure outcomes are met
- Provide support and guidance as needed to Subject Matter Experts encouraging good practices
