System Administrator

**What you're going to do**:
Our IT infrastructure is critical for the work of all our employees. Therefore, having a modern and stable IT environment is essential to us. As a System Administrator, you will play an important role in the day-to-day IT operations by developing, maintaining and supporting our services and hardware within the workplace environment. Become a member of our international team

You will install, configure and administer physical and virtual infrastructure devices and infrastructure services running on Windows and macOS. While having end-to-end responsibility for workplace-related IT services, like personal devices, office infrastructure, user and communication software, you will get the chance to further nurture your technical interest in your chosen field of expertise. In your daily work, you will:

- Contributing to the further development of services and roadmap around the IT workplace and office services while using technologies like Azure, Office365, SCCM and Active Directory and more
- Creating and maintaining technical inventory, documentation and policies
- Developing and maintaining different IT infrastructure services
- Installing, configuring and administering physical as well as virtual personal devices (Windows and macOS)
- Providing 1st and 2nd-level support for workplace and office infrastructure
- Performing scheduled maintenance and changes on the IT infrastructure, systems and services
- Communicating with partners and vendors
- Providing technical assistance for company events and presentations
- Optional: Taking an active role in the education of apprentices

**What we're looking for**:

- Degree in computer science (EFZ) or similar background
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration
- Customer-centric and user-friendly attitude
- Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as logical and analytical thinking
- Experience with SaaS - willing to learn new technologies and embrace challenges
- Advanced knowledge level of administering Microsoft Windows-based desktops (Windows 10, Windows 11) and macOS
- Good knowledge of M365 technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, SCCM, etc.)
- Experience with agile working methodologies like Scrum, KanBan or SAFe is an advantage
- Experience in mentoring of apprentices would be ideal
- Very good command of German and English
