As the Systems Administrator of Jet Aviation Business Jets AG you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support on different software and services to our internal customers and flying crews. Furthermore, you will lead the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) support team in terms of ticket handling and failure solving. You will work closely with the IT department and manage system permissions, deploy and assign apps and app licenses, evaluate new tools and communicate between different stakeholders.
- Description/Tasks:

- Leading the EFB Support team in terms of ticket handlins and failure solving
- Main communication line to EFB users in terms of changes, warnings, changes and updates
- Provide support for revisions of the EFB Guide and related operations manuals
- Liaising with various departments regarding system updates and upcoming changes (i.e. Dispatch, Training, etc.)
- Involved in processes and related steps to support system related projects
- Define and follow up processes to support system related tasks
- Unify processes with all system users across various business units
- Main liaison with concerned external service providers
- Support Salesforce requests
- Control EFB MDM solution
- Manage users and groups in Active Directory & Azure
- Support Dispatch and Flight Operations Departments on general IT aspects
- From time to time, participate and support various IT related projects
- Qualification/Experience:

- Diploma or Degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology
- 1-3 years of minimum related work experience
- Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast - moving environment with changing priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills and service orientation
- Solid communication skills to communicating with diverse internal and external stakeholders of multiple nationalities and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent English in written and spoken skills. German and additional languages are highly desirable
- Experience working in aviation is highly desirable
- High levels of motivation to work in the quickly evolving business aviation industry
