**Product Manager Dématérialisation / GED (H/F)**:
L’offre de dématérialisation, sous sa marque Youdoc est une solution full Web, 100% propriété de Groupe T2i Suisse. Elle se différencie par sa modularité, sa capacité à s’intégrer à nos propres solutions et aux principaux ERP du marché. Son fonctionnel couvre tout le processus de dématérialisation, de l’acquisition du document, à sa circulation au travers de flux paramétrables, à une gestion complète de son cycle de vie et d’archivage.

En tant que Product Manager de la ligne de produit dématérialisation, vous aurez l’occasion de valoriser votre savoir-faire en intégrant une équipe dynamique, orientée vers ses clients et résolument tournée vers le futur. Vous serez garant du pilotage global de l’édition, du cycle de vie, du positionnement et de la profitabilité de la gamme de produit Youdoc.

**Votre mission, votre quotidien**:

- Porter la responsabilité de la création, l’évolution et le cycle de vie de nos produits de dématérialisation
- Coordonner l’édition en collaboration avec les architectes, la R&D et les équipes de tests / développement
- Procéder à une veille active de l’évolution de la gamme en lien avec l’évolution du marché et proposer les évolutions et le positionnement stratégique à moyen terme
- Garantir la livraison du produit et son Go to Market selon les critères de couverture fonctionnelle, qualité. packaging et prix en collaboration avec le commerce et le marketing
- Orchestrer les campagnes de migration en collaboration avec notre service de déploiement et opération
- Garantir la maitrise de la relation, de la communication et la confiance du client
- Participer avec le Product Owner au découpage des Epics en Features
- Coordonner les planifications trimestrielles et gérer l’évolution de la roadmap

**Votre profil, votre expérience**:

- Titulaire d'une formation supérieure (HES) en informatique ou en économie ou expertise jugée équivalente
- Savoir faire preuve d’innovation, de créativité, de curiosité et de vision à long terme (veille, concurrence, nouvelles technologies,)
- Possède des compétences et expériences avérées dans le métier de la dématérialisation, fonctionnel et métier
- Connaissance du marché et des principaux acteurs d’édition / intégration GED
- Compétences et sensibilité en marketing, à l’aise dans la communication
- Orientation business/marché et métier/fonctionnalités utilisateurs
- Faire preuve de leadership et capacité à motiver une équipe autour d’un produit
- Autonome, responsable, proactif, force de propositions et esprit d’initiative
- Capacité de négociation et d’argumentation
- Des connaissances en allemand et/ou anglais sont un plus
