Softcom Technologies SA was founded in Fribourg in 2001 and the entire team's mission is to offer consulting and software development services throughout Switzerland. Agile by nature, our company has progressively grown to establish itself successively in Bern and in the Lake Geneva area. After 20 years, we are now happily employing nearly 80 people and is active mainly in the public administration, public and private transportation and energy sectors.

**Product Owner/ Project Manager (M/F) 80-100 %**

**Your mission**:
You are an entrepreneur within the company, taking responsibility for the overall management of your projects. You understand the client's business needs and the value they would like to create. You are responsible for the implementation of innovative IT solutions as well as for adhering to the budget, quality and deadlines. As a project manager, you will work with your team on complex, varied and innovative technical projects.

**You offer us**:

- At least 4 years experience in managing software development projects
- Good command of traditional project management methods (PMI, Hermes, etc.) and very good knowledge of agile practices (DAD, Scrum, Safe, etc.)
- Technical background (computer science, maths, physics, electrical engineering) or business background with a strong affinity for digitalization
- A good level of French or German
