Manager Engine Maintenance

Your tasks - Manage direct reports and QTL-matrix organization in alignment with the responsible line managers - Take “make or buy” decision for the service requests, contract and coordinate accordingly with the service network partners - Ensure timely response to customer’s enquiries, develop and maintain the commercial concept in alignment with Business Development requirements and take an active role in the offering process - Take on direct communication to customers during quick turn events - Managing the team to provide effective and timely customer service and customer communication - Continuous improve customer experience to retain existing customers and attract new businesses - Manage operational KPIs such as Induction and Completion count, on time delivery (OTD), work in progress (WIP), Revenue and EBT - Evaluate and initiate further necessary investments - Ensure further QTL ramp up during expansion phase and ensure mandatory trainings - Further develop and maintain the QTL product portfolio and partner network - Assure safety and quality requirements of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and authorities’ rules and regulations at all times - Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow-up **Profile**: - Bachelor or Master of engineering or equivalent - Minimum of 5 years of working experience in appropriate leadership position in Operations - Proven operational and commercial experience > 5 years - Working experience in aviation engine MRO >5 years is an advantage - Proven practice in building and maintaining customer relationships with strong experience in intercultural competence - Know-how in LEAN/CI and process management is considered as an advantage - Strong leadership personality and dedicated team leader - Strong motivation and communication skills supporting open dialogue - Independent and responsible work approach with strong problem-solving skills - High safety, quality and cost awareness - Solid in MS office and SAP experience - Knowledge of German (C1) and English (C2-C3) languages Your chance - An attractive position in a global and dynamic company - Opportunity for professional and personal development - Competitive employment conditions - Thank you for your interest._
