Description/Tasks:

- Perform routine maintenance checks, including LRU changes, repair, and modifications on aircraft engines and APUs IAW aircraft and engine/APU manuals and JBSL procedures without supervision
- Perform MPIs without supervision and report to superior
- Issue certificate release to service if holding S license
- Perform the necessary paperwork and documentation of their performed task
- Trigger Additional Work Requests by contacting his superior
- Perform the necessary paperwork and documentation of their performed task
- Responsible for own work and performance iaw JBSL procedure
- Clarify questions / issues with the appropriate OEM
- Report issues, non-conformity, damages to next superior
- Train colleagues on Engine Shop tasks
- Clean and maintain work area by 5S and good housekeeping standards
- Maintain tools, use equipment and machines IAW internal regulation
Working as a part of a team under the advice of the superior

Qualification/Experience:

- 5 years’ experience as Engine Mechanic L2 working on all types of engines, APUs or aircraft
Proven ability and knowledge within each specific function performed by the team, able to work on complex projects
- Able to perform task by external support (work away from JBSL)
- CSM S or B1 authorization
- Knows internal rules and procedures
- Knows industry rules, health and safety regulations
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals
- Able to work efficiently with IMRO, MOMR
- Mechanical apprenticeship completed with appropriate educational qualification
- Basis level of computer skills
- Good spoken English is required, reading and writing is mandatory
