**What is this job about?**:
As an Enterprise Account Executive and key member of our commercial team, you will:
- Report into our sales leader for Central Europe
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first touch to signed contract — with five
- to seven-figure deals and strategic accounts across Europe.
- Lead deeply consultative sales conversations focused on value with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with our product and solutions teams to tailor value-driven demos and proposals.
- Navigate complex buying processes involving business, procurement, IT and operations.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers, establishing trust through technical credibility and commercial savvy.
- Help refine and scale our go-to-market playbook based on feedback from the field.

**What do you need to succeed in this role?**:
**Must-Haves**:
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise software sales and sales development, in a fast-paced environment such as startup or scaleup.
- Outstanding track record in pipeline generation through different outbound activities. Especially if you've come up with creative ideas that go beyond cold calling, organizing events, and visiting fairs.
- Proven success in closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals, with technical or AI-enabled products.
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for both business and technical audiences.
- Comfortable presenting to top management and navigating long sales cycles and creating playbooks to significantly shorten them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to travel occasionally (30 - 40%) within Central Europe to meet customers and attend events.
- Curiosity to drive your conversations with prospects until you understand their operational & business pains.
- Flexibility to adapt to the fast growth of a scale-up.
- Eager to learn something new every day.
**Bonus**:
- Academic or professional background in engineering, manufacturing, industrial analytics or quality inspection.
- Speaking German or another Central European language is a strong asset.
- Experience leveraging sales playbooks (e.g., MEDDPICC, 3Whys, Command of the Message).
- Experience selling into manufacturing, operations or industrial tech environments.
- Experience working with AI/ML products or SaaS solutions in complex industries.
