Internal Quality Auditor

- The Internal Quality Auditor will _a_dd value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes._

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans, covering all departments within the plant- Evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements- Obtain, analyze and evaluate customer specific requirements, internal processes, reports, data, etc.- Identify processes for which the organization meets requirements, as well as opportunities for improvement- Properly document non-conformities and recommendations for improvement- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit findings and document the process- Conduct follow up audits as to monitor progress- Focused on continuous improvement and knowledge development regarding automotive rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

Our requirements:
- B.Sc. or preferably M.Sc. degree - preferred to the field of Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related (or equivalent working experience)- Relevant experience of ideally more than 4 years in similar positions in a modern manufacturing environment - preferably automotive industry- In-depth knowledge of industry and automotive standards (ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA).- Quality system and EHS related expertise, including appropriate certification (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)- Proficient French and English language skills - both written and verbal (knowledge of German is considered as a plus)- High organizational and communication skills- Capable of dealing with pressure, challenging others and able to voice his/her opinion- Self-starter, decisive and high on initiative, able to work without close supervision successfully and comfortably on assigned tasks
