After detailed consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

What you’ll achieve

You will:

- Provides overall engagement leadership and is the primary point of contact for Dell in customer cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely and accurate communications with stakeholders
- Gathers business requirements to provide an effective recovery of business operations
- Provides support and guidance for customers experiencing security breaches
- Serves as the primary interface with customer crisis management teams providing guidance as to appropriate incident response strategies as well as maintaining situational awareness and communicating details as appropriate
- Coordinate & communicate with the Dell and customer PMO on tasks, status, issues, and escalations
- Leverages the power and scale of Dell Technologies to assist customers with full recovery by connecting Dell products and services to customer requirements
- Provides key insights into post-incident reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

Essential Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- Strong technical and consulting skills and project management capabilities
- Deep understanding of incident response best practices
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of data protection strategies and technologies
- Experience with security and risk frameworks, standards and best practices
- Ability to develop more complex security Incident Recovery standards and procedures applicable to complex, global technical requirements
- Experience in creating Disaster Recovery and Incident Recovery plans
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity Incident Recovery key concepts, with deep expertise in at least two areas
- Experience with assessing current state of environment and customer's needs in similar roles

Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Dell Proven Professional Certification
