About the Job:
What you will do:
- Serve as a customer advocate, designing the right solutions and ensuring that they are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way- Deliver successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium teams of both technical and non-technical backgrounds that shape and inspire customer use cases and architecture design decisions- Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments- Design, create, and deliver content that will enable the broader Red Hat organization to sell, service, and support our cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat's services capabilities, promote repeated customer engagements, and lower delivery risks What you will bring:
- Prior experience working in a consulting role; ability to deliver in one-on-one assignments- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level- Experience implementing virtualization technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments- Knowledge of infrastructure (Red Hat OpenShift) and automation solutions (Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform)- Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and guide customer interactions- Understanding of the open source community- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and planning skills- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification is a plus- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification, or the ability to get it within a few weeks of the start date, is a plus- Willing to travel to customers within Switzerland and occasionally EMEA wide- Fluency in English and German language
