Ecommerce and UX Coordinator

**Position**:
**What you’ll be doing**
The Ecommerce and UX Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating our Direct Ecommerce and upgrading the user experience we provide to our clients.
The position will also be part of different projects by working closely with internal teams, external partners, and LVMH Group teams.
As part of the Marketing team, the position will report to the Omnichannel & Client Director and will have the following missions:
**Website daily business and optimization**
You manage the daily maintenance of the website with our external agency and prioritization in close collaboration with our IT team.
You oversee the headless CMS and daily work on its maintenance and optimization with our external partner.
You manage, monitor, and optimize day-to-day e-commerce processes and operations including order management, Payment Systems, and logistics together with other departments and local markets.
In collaboration with the different LVMH entities, you manage the SEO, Web Performance, and CRO roadmaps, implementation, and optimization.
You analyze the website performance and set up KPIs to provide monthly reports.
You identify and evaluate new ecommerce opportunities, platforms, and technologies to drive business growth as well as regular benchmarks to identify and implement new content and features to enhance the user experience
**Digital content management and UX**
You work closely with the internal departments on the product and communication launches to ensure a 360° communication approach (with content, social media, PR, and product teams).
You manage digital brand image and new features linked to the website: product catalog, storytelling, events, history, know-how, and services to highlight brand expertise and provide an immersive digital experience.
You lead the translation agency and the copywriter for the website translation and contribution in 13 languages.
**Profile**:
**Who we are looking for**
You have a first experience in e-Commerce and/or digital marketing and knowledge of ecommerce platforms, SFCC is a plus.
You have an interest in the luxury/fashion industries and content creation, and you have a good understanding of the challenges of this sector. A strong interest in watchmaking is mandatory.
You speak English fluently. The ability to work and communicate in French is also expected.

You possess must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
You must possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are familiar with UX design principles, usability best practices, and web analytics tools.
You have developed an exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
