**Head of Fund Oversight and CEO of Swiss ManCo**:
Representing the Company as CEO of Swiss ManCo and member of the board of directors towards the regulator
Ensure compliant company operating model including regulatory license matters and liaison with the regulator
Coordination of any external and internal audits
Ensure compliant and efficient Exco and Board meetings are held
Leading the functional team Fund and Investment Oversight CH in Zurich
Ensure thorough and compliant monitoring of the management company’s service providers (due diligence and ongoing monitoring) and continuous improvement of the service providers’ quality levels
Ensure proper oversight of delegated Investment Management (due diligence and ongoing monitoring) and their compliance with the regulatory and contractual obligations.
Ensure proper setup and execution of fund operations, including accurate and timely calculation of NAVs.
Provide operational support on various projects and funds life cycle events, such as launches, liquidations and mergers.
Coordinate financial statements compilation and audit of the funds.
Ensure compliance with regulatory provisions, internal policies, and applicable procedures.
Define, operate, and continuously improve of the risk monitoring framework and ensure compliance with the laws, regulations, and internal policies
Conduct forward-looking risk management function for funds.
Supervise Investment Control and Operational Risk as outsourcing providers in regards of their controls and activities.
Report and escalate risk issues and incidents

You bring
Strong operational professional background (ideally 10 years+) in the asset management or investment fund business
University or similar educational background focused on finance or economics
Proven experience in team management
You are
Independent and convincing, critical, analytical, precise, and persistent
Committed and reliable, being able to make decisions
Innovative and willing to improve surrounding environment
Willing to engage, with the ability to question the status quo and take feedback
