Lawyer PE Funds
Tasks
Contributing to the launch of private equity funds, including drafting and coordination of private placement memoranda, limited partnership agreements, negotiating of side letter agreements etc. and onboarding of investors / Oversee fund investments in Switzerland, Luxembourg, the UK, the EU and the US such as private leveraged buy-out, equity co-investments, secondary, distressed, infrastructure and credit funds, including document review / Negotiation side agreements with investors / Reviewing and advising the investment team on amendments and adjustments of requests related to existing fund investments / Reviewing marketing materials and RFPs / Review, drafting and negotiating agreements, including agreements with third parties, including confidentiality agreements / Ensuring compliance with fund regulations e.g. VCOC, AIFMD, CISA etc. for each type of funds.
**Requirements**:
Master in Law / Bar exam as an advantage / Specialization in private investment funds and in-depth understanding of the fund industry with its local and international regulations / Expert on private investment funds matters, anticipates business and regulatory issues / Interested in requirements for products, processes or service improvements / Analytical professional with attention to detail handling multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines / Conceptual and innovative thinking / Ability to solve complex problems developing tailor-made solutions / Responsible for the delivery of results / Ability to anticipate internal and external business challenges/ Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects / Ability to communicate complex legal issues to internal and external stakeholders in an understandable format effectively and concisely / Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation skills / Skilled with MS Office / German as well as English.
