**Role** **Responsibilities**:
Business development
- Work with operations, marketing and Area Supervisors to fully run and launch new location E2E (operational launch, inauguration, starting promo).
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities for Western Union own locations and support new product discovery phase, E2E testing and launch at Hub (ATM, VAT refund, etc.)
- Identify high potential spots to open new owned locations or Hubs (analysis of potential, costs, expected revenue return and operating margins).
- Negotiate rent, service providers, advertising.

Grow existing location revenue
- Supervise location workforce (hire, grow, incentive); active Performance Management of staff to ensure peak operational performance; workforce spread across Switzerland
- Manage P&L, constantly look for opportunities to optimize costs and accelerate revenue
- Oversee location operational day to day (operations, Security, Cash Control Management) and recommend new procedures for increasing day-to-day efficiency.
- Manage operational relationships with local vendors: CIT companies, Physical Security (e.g. alarms, remote access control, temporary physical security reinforcement), utility
- Maintain communication with peers, staff members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points.
- Work closely with peers within Switzerland (KAM, Inside Sales, Marketing) to ensure the right pricing positioning to drive volume and revenue acceleration
- Test new products, features, gather customer feedback and interviews, escalate and document key issues impacting performance or deviating from high quality standards.
- Enhance awareness of Western Union store and brand; develop innovative marketing strategies, promotions to achieve targets and goals.

**Role **R**equirements**:

- Management experience, with proven track record of managing multiple locations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Retailed experience and ability to organize the employees working schedule
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to analyze data and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to handle multiple projects
- Fluent in English, and German, French Italian are nice to have
