**What you will be doing**
- Architect and implement cutting-edge SaaS operations strategies that will become industry benchmarks
- Pioneer new operational frameworks using AI and automation, setting new standards for reliability, security, and cost efficiency
- Design and perfect a seamless system for integrating newly acquired SaaS products into our ecosystem
- Lead the charge in implementing AI-driven solutions that transform traditional operational challenges into automated processes

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Getting bogged down in day-to-day operational minutiae - your focus will be on strategic automation and AI implementation
- Operating within the constraints of a single-product mindset - you'll be orchestrating operations across a diverse, growing portfolio
- Maintaining conventional operational approaches - you'll be pioneering new methodologies and setting new industry standards

**Key Responsibilities**
- Spearhead the development and management of a next-generation SaaS operations framework that leverages AI to ensure unparalleled reliability, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence across our expanding portfolio of SaaS acquisitions
- Proven track record of 5+ years leading SaaS operations with enterprise-level customers
- Demonstrated success in managing SaaS operations within an SME environment serving enterprise clients
- Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions in cloud operations
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS ecosystem and DevOps technologies, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
