Tâches
- « EU GDPR » et « Swiss LDP » : implémentation, suivi et personne de contact
- Création et mise à jour de la documentation juridique (modèles)
- Revue de « Master services agreements», «General Terms & Conditions», «Engagement Letter», etc
- Suivi des litiges et des mandats à risques, coordination avec nos assureurs et les avocats externes en collaboration avec le responsable QRM
- Gestion de nos polices d’assurance risques en collaboration avec le responsable QRM
- Inventaire, analyse et suivi des contrats
- Soutien aux différentes lignes de service pour toutes les questions juridiques de nos clients nationaux et internationaux
- Soutien à notre département des finances dans le cadre de procédures de poursuites et faillites
- Soutien juridique et administratif au Conseil d’administration

Exigences
- Tu bénéficies d’une solide expérience professionnelle en tant que juriste/legal counsel ou dans un poste similaire (minimum 5 ans)
- Tu es titulaire d’un Master en Droit et/ou d’un Brevet d’avocat
- Tu t’exprimes parfaitement en anglais et tu disposes de solides connaissances en français et en allemand
- Tu maîtrises les outils informatiques usuels (PowerPoint, Excel et Word)
- Tu possèdes un excellent sens relationnel et fais preuve de flexibilité et dynamisme
- Tu as une bonne capacité d’adaptation et tu es orienté(e) solution
