Nous ouvrons un poste de Team and Tech Lead pour un de nos clients, une prestigieuse banque privée à Genève

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Diriger et gérer les activités de l'équipe API, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et productif.
- Examiner régulièrement la planification et les priorités des ressources.
- Gérer le budget alloué.
- Garantir la livraison en temps voulu des projets assignés, en respectant les normes de qualité, de coût et de performance de la banque.
- Définir, concevoir et mettre en œuvre des améliorations du cadre API conformément à la feuille de route définie, en tenant compte de la capacité, de la criticité et des avantages pour la banque.
- Effectuer régulièrement des revues des API, à la fois automatiques et manuelles, pour évaluer les niveaux de conformité et fournir des retours d'information et des recommandations d'amélioration.
- Générer des rapports de gestion détaillés sur l'état du cadre API, mettant en évidence la conformité aux règles définies.
- Participer activement à la conception de l'architecture technique du cadre API et contribuer au Comité Technique Global, en évaluant l'impact des autres initiatives techniques sur le cadre API.
- Promouvoir le cadre API en élaborant des présentations de gestion et en plaidant en faveur de son adoption et de son utilisation.
- Fournir du coaching et du mentorat aux développeurs, en offrant une formation appropriée et un soutien continu pour garantir l'amélioration continue et le développement des compétences.
- Excellentes compétences en communication transparente et exhaustive.
- Grande résistance au stress et à la pression.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe (5 à 10 personnes).
- Expérience bancaire de préférence.
- Bonne maitrise de la langue française et de l'anglais (min. B2)
- ** Résidence Suisse obligatoire**:

- Minimum de 15 ans d'expérience dans les technologies suivantes : C#,.NET Framework 4.7.2 /.NET 6 (Core), Web API REST, Swagger, IIS Config, T-SQL.
- Outils: Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Azure DevOps, Ansible Tower, Git, Powershell, Jira
