**SCM Project Lead**

This position is responsible for successfully manage the availability of all material and external services during and the maintenance inputs. As the focal point of contact for materials and external services, you coordinate and interact with all internal stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of material, services and systems for the maintenance project. This includes the monitoring and verification of purchase requestion as well as the monitoring of progress and adherence to the schedule of external services like landing gear overhauls.

Description/Tasks:

- Acting as the POC for material question for internal customer
- Coordinate the provision of material quotes for AWR
- Provide feedback on material status and delivery date
- Provide custom status reports
- Participating of internal project meetings
- Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials
- Ensures material is available for standard projects and additional work requests
- Track and follow up on off-core units to ensure no late return fees will apply.
- Arrange and coordinate pick up of special shipments
- Verification of Purchase Requisition

Qualification/Experience:

- 2 to 4 years’ work experience
- Solid skills in Purchasing or generally SCM
- Understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework is beneficial
- Good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in IT usage (MS Office, SAP)
