To strengthen our team at Arxada in Visp, Switzerland, we are looking for a company chemist.
**Your tasks**:

- Ensuring the functionality of the operation in all respects: technical plant availability as well as implementation of safety, health and environmental requirements as well as quality aspects and cost-effectiveness
- Open commitment and support as well as further development of the new culture and form of cooperation through openness to change, new ideas and continuous improvement
- Support of the exchange of information and communication within the company and the organizational unit
- Maintaining the exchange of experience within the companies as well as external networks
- Cooperation within LSIPA is characterized by openness and mutual trust. It is the responsibility of the company chemist to advocate for this
- Takeover of on-call service in allocated plants

**Key Requirement**:

- Completed studies at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of chemical or process engineering (BSc or MSc thesis)
- Specialist knowledge in process engineering and chemistry, basic knowledge in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production are an advantage
- As a team player, you are used to working independently and flexibly
- Fluent knowledge of German is mandatory as well as very good professional knowledge of English
- A high level of communication skills, a sense of responsibility, reliability and resilience characterize you
- Business-oriented thinking and motivation round off your profile
